Sometimes it’s easy to forget that when God’s people pray He really does hear us. Satan can convince us that our prayers fall on the deaf ears of a God who completes wishes on a whim. It becomes too simple to let our gaze drift and forget God’s promises like:
He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord… Jeremiah 29:11
Let us not grow weary in doing good for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9
Ask and it will be given to you seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7
We want to encourage you to stay on your knees this week for The Sparrow’s Nest. This a critical time for us to stay steadfast in our true plan of following God’s vision. God has granted us favor this week with DAILY meetings with area church leaders, community leaders, and individuals who have the capacity to fund this vision. These are doors we’ve been asking to open for over a year now and God in his infinite wisdom have opened them all this week.
We’re not sure where they will lead to and what other blessings God has on the other side They may lead to still doors that may not open right away. Whatever God’s plan is we surrender to Him and want to make sure we are following only Him.
