Harvester Christian Church, 2950 Kings Crossing, is offering a warming center for homeless persons during this very cold weather.
The center will operate from 5:00pm to 10am. each evening when the night time temperatures are predicted to be below 20 degrees. (Probably through the middle of next week) They will take singles or families. No alcohol, or drug use will be permitted, and there will be no smoking in the building. Some snacks/food will be available.

They will accept walk-ins, but it might be nice to email her if you have someone who may need shelter, as they are just getting organized. They had 3 people last night.
