Children’s Center

Educating, equipping, and empowering young families in our community

More than childcare.

Our programs offers no-cost to low-cost, Christ-centered childcare to families from Monday to Friday.

The Parent Participation program requires parents participate up to 4 hours a week in our programing. During your participation, parents may have weekly individualized case management sessions with our case manager, engage in parenting education through activities assigned by our Family Support Specialists, and be connected to any additional resources they may need. Outside of their day at the Nest, participants are required to work at least 25 hours a week or enroll in an educational program.

The Affordable Care program offers low-cost childcare. Our rates are as follows: Infants to 24 months $800 per month, 2 years to 5 years $750 per month. Once a child is potty trained the rate is reduced to $700 per month. We do not accept childcare subsidy. Participation in programming is not required for the Affordable Care program.

The children in our program will receive high-quality care that promotes their healthy development and learning through play. They will also receive early intervention, regular developmental assessments, and age-appropriate therapeutic activities to support their social and emotional growth.

Our goal is to create a positive and safe environment where children and parents can learn, grow, and develop into the unique individuals that God created them to be. We want to support families who are facing economic challenges by providing education, resources, and empowerment to both parents and children.

Some additional program requirements include:

    • Families interested in the Parent Participation program must qualify for, and receive WIC before enrollment.
    • Families interested in the Affordable Care program must provide the past 3 months of household income and must not exceed certain household income thresholds.
    • Now enrolling families living in St. Charles and St. Louis Counties
    • Parents enrolling must have a child who is not yet eligible to enroll in kindergarten
